CBD supplier and manufacturer CV Sciences Inc. this week announced the launch of PlusCBD Pain Relief Topicals: four unique products formulated to pinpoint sources of pain and discomfort using premium hemp-derived CBD and active drug ingredients including menthol and camphor.
The PlusCBD Pain Relief Sport Recovery Stick is crafted for athletes and fitness enthusiasts that are active and on-the-go. The topical anti-inflammatory and analgesic cream is intended to provide temporary relief related to pain and inflammation while facilitating recovery from physical activity. The 1-ounce stick contains 750 milligrams of CBD.
Another topical analgesic cream, the PlusCBD Pain Relief Penetrating Cream, is formulated to alleviate neuropathic and joint and muscle pain. The cream comes in a 2-ounce tube that contains 1000 milligrams of CBD, along with other active ingredients.
The PlusCBD Pain Relief Muscle Cream can provide relief to individuals managing muscle pain, stiffness or soreness related to tension, stress, overuse and other minor injuries. Each 4-ounce tube of Muscle Cream contains 500 milligrams of CBD per 2 ounces of cream.
Finally, the PlusCBD Pain Relief Arthritis Cream is formulated for arthritis patients, who represent over 22% of adults in the United States. The product’s ingredients specifically target the joints to relieve arthritis-related pain and discomfort. The 2-ounce tube contains 750 milligrams of CBD.
“Finding new ways to improve our customers’ quality of life is at the heart of what we do at CV,” said CV Sciences CEO Joseph Dowling. “Our latest range of topical products offers a non-invasive, holistic alternative to (over-the-counter) pain relievers, using quality hemp and CBD to alleviate common sources of pain.
