DocMJ has acquired Medwell Health and Wellness Centers, expanding DocMJ’s industry leadership in medical cannabis health evaluation services. Medwell is the leading provider in Massachusetts, with three additional offices serving patients in Florida.

This accretive merge will allow us to expand our services to more patients with added efficiency through economies of scale,” said DocMJ’s CEO, Aaron Bloom.

The acquisition was completed on Jan. 23, 2023. As DocMJ expands cannabis healthcare services across the U.S., Medwell Health and Wellness Centers will continue to operate under its current brand name, which has been recognized and trusted by patients in Massachusetts since 2015.

The headquarters for DocMJ and Medwell will be in Clearwater, Fla., where DocMJ has operated since 2016.
