Bloomios, a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of hemp-derived CBD supplements and cosmetic products, announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) declared its registration statement on Form S-1 effective on Jan. 26, 2022. The Form S-1 includes audited financials from the years ending Dec. 31, 2019 and Dec. 31, 2020  and enables the company to raise up to $6.5 million to fuel the growth of the company.
